Central to the Delphi experience is our food. Our restaurant draws its inspiration from the local land and sea. We catch our lobsters and mussels fresh every day in Killary fjord and our organic lamb and beef comes from the farms and hills surrounding Delphi. We endeavour to always source our ingredients from carefully selected farmers and fishermen within Connemara. Our vegetables come from a selection of local growers and suppliers.

The creative force for Delphi gastronomy experience, Gerard Reidy, whose career spans some of the worlds finest restaurants from the Five Flies in South Africa to The G Hotel in Galway, and has created in Delphi a menu of wholesome, natural, in season, simple, and most importantly, scrumptious, healing food.

Please note our restaurant is open for lunch & dinner 7 days a week.
